Panel of Speakers:

• Peggy A. Walker- Known to most as Peggy Ann, Margaret Ann Walker is the President and Owner of 99 West Trailers in Oregon. She began her career in the trailer industry in 2001, starting as a “Girl Friday” and steadily working her way up to Sales Manager through hard work, dedication, and a strong commitment to customer service. In 2009, Peggy Ann and her brother purchased the company with financial support from their father. Over the past 17 years, she has helped grow 99 West Trailers into one of the leading trailer dealerships on the West Coast, recognized for its quality products, knowledgeable team, and exceptional customer experience. Peggy Ann is passionate about building lasting relationships with customers, providing top-of-the-line products, and fostering a team-oriented company culture. Her leadership style is grounded in integrity, hard work, and a genuine commitment to helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. Outside of work, Peggy Ann is a proud mother to a daughter attending college and the wife of a ski racer. She also has a deep passion for motorsports racing and has worked at racetracks across the United States, further fueling her love for the industry and the fast-paced lifestyle that comes with it.
   
• Kim Crabb- In 1985, Kim and her husband, Mike Crabb, founded Diamond C with a vision of building high quality, innovative trailers while creating opportunities for their employees and community. What began as a small operation, has grown into one of the nation’s leading premium trailer manufacturers.
  
  Known for her compassion, generosity, and servant leadership, Kim helped shape Diamond C’s culture around hard work, integrity, and caring for people. Her influence is seen not only in the company's success but also in the lives she impacts daily through her kindness and encouragement.
  
  Because of whom she is, Kim has built more than a company, she has built a legacy. That legacy will continue through her four children, 17 grandchildren, and the many Diamond C team members who have been shaped by her example and unwavering heart for others. Her dedication to family, faith, and community has made her a loved and respected leader in East Texas and an inspiration to all who know her.

• Wanda B. Alexander- Wanda Bagwell Alexander is a lifelong entrepreneur, business owner, mother of four, and proud grandmother of eight who believes in building businesses centered around people and relationships. As President of TNJ Trailers, Inc. for the past 37 years, Wanda has helped customers and families across the region while growing a business rooted in hard work, integrity, and service. In addition to leading TNJ Trailers, Inc., she is a real estate agent with Making Dreams Come True LLC and owner/property manager of Stay in the Triangle, LLC. Through her work in business, real estate, and hospitality, Wanda is passionate about helping others create opportunities, build memories, and truly make their dreams come true.

Vendor Spotlight: The Mariscal Girls 

We are excited to welcome The Mariscal Girls to our upcoming Women in Business Luncheon on June 10th! These three young entrepreneurs have already made a sweet name for themselves in our community with their small lemonade business and creative flavored drinks. You may have seen them bringing smiles to local festivals and events around town.

During the luncheon, the girls will have their lemonade stand set up for guests to enjoy and support. This opportunity will allow them to experience a new business environment while learning from the inspiring women leaders and entrepreneurs in our community.
