Joe Austin II is the Owner / Broker of Vault Realty. He is a FAA Licensed Private Pilot and retired Air Force Major that served his country for 18+ years managing various aircraft programs.
Joe has a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is also the author of Generational Wealth Builder.
While in the Air Force, Joe held a variety of aircraft maintenance and program management positions. His experience includes working on military and commercial derivative aircraft.
Joe provides valuable knowledge to first-time and move-up buyers as well as investors. Joe has extensive experience in flipping residential and commercial property.
